Wesak 2026

 

     
  Wesak is the Buddhist celebration that commemorates the birth, enlightenment and final passing of Gautama Buddha at the first full moon in Taurus, which, this year, is May 1, 2026.

    In "Walking the Path of the Buddha, Darshan with the Messenger" DVD, (00:20:06), Elizabeth Clare Prophet recommends that we read the description of the Wesak Festival found in Chapter 14 of The Masters and the Path, by Charles W. Leadbeater, before Wesak, so that, if we choose to ask our angels to take us to the site of the festival in our finer bodies at night while we sleep, we will recognize it.

Incredible Story of Vinney Tolman: The Light After Death: My Journey to Heaven and Back

 

   A friend recently sent a link to a podcast they thought I'd be interested in.  They were right.  The link took me to an interview of Vinney Tolman, "My Near Death Experience," on Soft White Underbelly, where he discusses his experience and book, The Light After Death: My Journey to Heaven and Back.

  It was an incredible story of an NDE by a very credible man and I recommend that anyone who is interested in life after death watch the podcast. I believe Vinney's story would be meaningful to anyone who has fear of death, fear of the death of a loved one, or doubt in the soul and its existence after life, or who is mourning the loss of a loved one.  You don't need to be religious or spiritual to appreciate his story.  

  While I have read and recommended Raymond Moody's book, Life After Life, in the mid 1970's and Betty Eadie's book, Embraced by the Light and Elizabeth Clare Prophet's The Afterlife: What Really Happens in the Hereafter, I have to say that, if you don't have the time to sit down and read a book, you might want to take the time (56 minutes), to listen to the Vinney Tolman podcast.  

   Truly unforgettable! 

 

Remembering: The Kuan Yin Mantra Antidote to Nuclear War

   

I remember learning from Elizabeth Clare Prophet the specific mantra to memorize and repeat throughout the day and night as the antidote to war, including nuclear war:  (Hail! Kuan Yin of Oneness).

NA-MO I JU KUAN YIN.    (NAH-MO EE ROO GWAN EEN).

"This representation of Kuan Yin rides upon a cloud, soars through the air and conquers thunder, symbolizing that the absolute truth fills the whole physical universe and that Oneness is not duality.  I council you, that this Kuan Yin is the antidote in time of war, even nuclear war.  It is the Oneness of being, one with God and in the Spirit.  It is the Body, spiritually, alchemically and chemically in the vibration of the Divine One, that therefore can manifest the neutralization of what appears as the duality of that danger, and that death and hell that may come...She soars through the air and conquers the thunder, all thunder, all sounds man-made, all explosions...."   Teaching Date:  Sunday October 9, 1988 Royal Teton Ranch, Tape #B88130 Side 8.

Time to Keep On Keeping On with The Science of the Spoken Word!
